Purpose of the contract
We work with private transport operators (“Suppliers”) who provide professional passenger transport services or act as agencies with the legal capacity to offer such services. These Suppliers hold all necessary licenses and permits as required by the applicable legislation in each country where we offer our transfer booking services.
The terms and conditions applicable to the contract between you and the Supplier are available upon request and are outlined in the Supplier’s booking conditions. Morocco Tours acts as the disclosed agent for its Suppliers and therefore cannot accept any liability arising from the provision of these services.
By booking on our website, you agree that the contract for the use and provision of the service is between you and the service provider. If the reservation is made by an agency or any other person acting on your behalf, they are considered to be acting as an agent for all passengers using the service, including yourself. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as other information contained on the website.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and have the legal capacity to accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of all passengers using the services.
These general conditions may change without prior notice, and any changes will be communicated via email, our app, our website, or any other means you have provided for this purpose.
The Booking Process: Payment and Contract
Bookings can be made online via our website, our mobile app, or by phone. When a booking is made for two or more people, the person making the booking (referred to as the “Lead Party”) is considered to be acting on behalf of all passengers and accepts these terms and conditions for the entire group. The Lead Party must be at least 18 years old.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once payment is received, Morocco Tours will process the booking and send the Lead Party the details and booking voucher for the transfer services. The voucher serves as a ‘ticket’ and must be presented to the supplier representative or driver.
On selected routes and at our discretion, you can book services with a low initial deposit, available only if booked at least 20 days before the service date. All deposit payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted 7 days before the service date from the same credit/debit card used for the initial deposit. If the balance is deducted, you are liable for the full booking value, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. If you cancel 8 days before the service date, the outstanding balance will not be deducted, but the deposit will not be refunded. Bookings with this rate can be amended, and additional charges may apply for changes or extras.
A legally binding contract is created between the Lead Party (and all passengers listed) and the supplier upon booking confirmation and receipt of full payment. No contract is formed if booking through a Travel Agent until full payment is received from them. We cannot accept liability for confirmed services unless full payment is made.
In case of an unsatisfactory service complaint, Morocco Tours or its supplier may reimburse relevant costs incurred by the client in reaching the destination, with all supporting expense documentation required.
Morocco Tours or its suppliers are not responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, or quality of services due to incorrect information provided at booking. It is the Lead Party’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct before travel and to inform Morocco Tours of any errors in advance.
If incorrect information results in a cost change, you are liable for the difference. Failure to pay the difference due to incorrect information may result in service cancellation without compensation or refund.
The supplier’s quoted price on our website is final, with no extra charges if the provided booking information is correct.
Child Seats
Please be aware of local regulations when traveling with children. In some destinations, appropriate child seats are required. You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information at the time of booking and for selecting any necessary extras to comply with the local laws of your destination. Please note that child seats may incur additional charges, payable at the time of booking.
The lead traveler must ensure that the child retention system is compatible with the vehicle and correctly installed. Morocco Tours and our suppliers are not liable for any incidents resulting from misuse or improper installation of the retention system.
You may use your own child seats or boosters, but please inform us at the time of booking. We need to confirm that the supplier’s vehicle can accommodate the retention system. For large groups traveling by minibus or coach, child seats cannot be used.
We will strive to ensure the supplier provides the booked extras. If child seats are unavailable due to limited availability, you will be refunded the cost of the extra. If retention systems are not available, children over the age of three must use a seatbelt. Children under three can travel without a retention system but must be seated in the rear of the vehicle.
Child Pricing
All children and babies, regardless of their age, will be taken into account to determine the capacity of the vehicle to use, and therefore must be entered in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.
Disabled Passengers
In select destinations, Morocco Tours provides transportation services for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility through its partners. If you book such a vehicle, it’s essential to ensure it meets the specific needs of your travelers. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team before making a reservation so they can assist you in selecting the vehicle that best accommodates all passengers.
